Order Processing & Delivery

Your order will be processed upon credit verification, and will typically take up to 2-3 working days. Once we have processed your order, we will dispatch the order package to the delivery courier. The time taken for delivery will depend on the delivery option you selected at the time you made your order.

If the order package is returned to us due to you providing a wrong delivery address, we will unfortunately have to charge you an additional shipping fee of S$10.00.


Product Exchanges

You may ask for product exchanges for the following categories of items:

  • the item is not the correct size for you;
  • the item is not the same item reflected in your original order; or
  • the item and/or any of its components are torn or damaged (except where such damage is caused during or as a result of the shipping process).

Terms & Conditions

All exchanges are subject to the following T&Cs:

  • Sale items cannot be exchanged.
  • The tags on the item to be exchanged must be intact and items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn before.
  • Exchanges may only be made for the same item in the same colour as reflected in your original order.
  • Exchanges must be made within 7 working days from your receipt of the items for items delivered by Registered Mail, or within 9 working days from dispatch for items delivered by Normal Mail.

If the item does not meet the above T&Cs, we regret that we are unable to perform an exchange. We reserve the right to reject any exchanges.


Exchange Procedure

To perform an exchange, please download an Exchange Form (which can be downloaded here) and mail it back to us with the item by Registered Mail to the following address: 735 North Bridge Road #02-01; Singapore 198703.

You must bear the delivery cost of the return of the item to us. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

We will notify you once we have received the item, and will let you know whether are able to effect the exchange (“Exchange Confirmation”). If the item is accepted for exchange, we will send you the replacement item within 7 working days from the date of the Exchange Confirmation, subject to stock availability.

If the replacement item is not available, we will refund the purchase price of the item to you. All refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of the Exchange Confirmation. However, the receipt of the refunds depends on your bank’s processing time. You may alternatively opt for a credit note which may be used for any items offered for sale on the Website.
